Barış Demirel performs rock-oriented music even though he also cites jazz, hip hop and ambient among his influences. He has a four-member band. He started off in 2011 with the Göstembil Project. In the same year, he ranked first in the Roxy Music Days. He accompanied many artists playing various genres in their album records and on stage. His debut maxi-single ‘O.Y.D.H.O.G.Y’ came out in 2012, which was followed by the debut album ‘T.E.A.R’ in January 2015. Demirel revisits Salon after his unforgettable appearances with the launches of ‘T.E.A.R’ in 2015 and the next release ‘Fail - Play’ in 2018. This time around, Barış Demirel returns with the second version of the ‘Mevzu Var Special Night’ series in the company of five-star guest artists.
