Her adventure with music started at the age of 8 when her mother brought home a keyboard. She bought her first guitar when she was 14 and began to write heartfelt songs. Her performance of “Sadece” recorded during her concert at Sofar Sounds İstanbul became the most viewed Sofar Sounds video in the world. Her self-titled debut album has left its mark on our music scene, and many of her songs such as “Saçlar”, Haydi Söyle”, “Taşikardi”, “Fırtınalar” became extremely popular. At her concerts, thousands of people become a choir accompanying her songs. Her place on the music lists has always been at the very top. Kalben continued to be in our most listened playlist with her second album “Sonsuza Kadar” released in 2018.
